In actual production, when the reclaimed latex rubber is used to produce white soles, a reasonable design formula can further improve the overall performance and service life of the rubber soles.

1. Latex reclaimed rubber selection

Reclaimed latex rubber has the basic performance characteristics of natural rubber. The effective rubber hydrocarbon content of high-quality reclaimed latex rubber can reach more than 75%, which can directly replace natural rubber to prepare white rubber soles and reduce costs. The rubber compound vulcanized with other vulcanizing agents such as peroxide will still have a certain peculiar smell after losing its use value. Therefore, the rubber soles are generally vulcanized with sulfur. 3. Reinforcement system coordination skills

When the latex reclaimed rubber is used to produce rubber soles, high abrasion-resistant carbon black can be used in the reinforcement system to improve the tensile strength, tear strength and abrasion resistance of the vulcanized rubber. Pottery clay is easy to disperse in rubber, and its reinforcing effect is better than calcium carbonate. The vulcanized rubber has a smooth surface, high viscosity, high stiffness, and small shrinkage. After the latex reclaimed rubber sole is filled with clay, it can further improve the tensile strength, elongation at break, abrasion resistance, compression set resistance, etc. of the vulcanized rubber; the appropriate amount of magnesium carbonate can make the vulcanized rubber have better heat resistance. It should be noted that clay has the effect of delaying vulcanization during the rubber vulcanization process, and the amount of clay should be reasonably controlled and the vulcanization system should be appropriately adjusted.

4. Other system coordination skills

When using latex reclaimed rubber to produce white rubber soles, it is recommended to use mineral oil and choose non-polluting antioxidants to avoid yellowing of the rubber soles. White rubber soles generally use lithopone as a coloring agent, and the price is lower than titanium dioxide; lithopone is lithopone, a white crystalline powder, a mixture of zinc sulfide and barium sulfate.
